Joseph was absolutely awesome to work with. He clearly communicated his processes, worked closely with our insurance company, and installed a beautiful new roof within two weeks of our first meeting. He was the best contractor I’ve ever worked with and I highly recommend him if you need a new roof.

Joe was superb. He is so knowledgeable and helpful with every step of this process from beginning to end. We were able to get all of the preliminary inspection with limited contact and paperwork done via email as to maintain social distancing in these uncertain times.

I rarely write reviews but felt I had to post something positive about Joe. He is professional, knowledgeable and truly a great guy! He went way above and beyond with our project and treated our home as if it was his own, which is exactly what he said he would do at the start. I cannot stress enough how terrific he is to work with and I would strongly recommend his company [TruROOF] to anyone, based on my experience with him.

Joe was so prompt with reaching out to me about fixing my family’s roof. He effectively and efficiently fixed the issues we had. I thoroughly enjoyed having him come out. He made us feel so at ease, taking pictures to explain what everything looked like before and how he left it afterwards. I’m so glad he puts God first and has such a servant’s heart. He has so much pride in his work and it shows. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

From start to finish this company went above and beyond. They dealt with my insurance like the experts they are. They completed my roof like top notch professionals. It was completed in less than a day. Safety was top priority. Typically a complicated insurance situation was completely owned by this company and they got me the roof I wanted, not something mediocre. Joe was a pleasure to work with. I wish all contractors were like him. He took the time to explain everything involved with my project, from dealing with the insurance company to the materials used. He was on the jobsite every day. He made me feel at ease, knowing that any problem or question that might arise, he was there to answer it.
